A vintage black velvet gown with the most amazing sleeves--the sleeves have shirring and also horizontal cording that gives them a puff towards the ends of the sleeves. The dress has a curved front waist seam. The dress fastens with a side zipper and a hook and eye at the back neckline. The black velvet fabric feels like a rayon velvet.
