Incredible 1930s three piece silk velvet in an deep royal blue. Blouse with nipped waist and cowl front with self covered buttons and tie at upper neck, voluminous sleeves with side seam snaps. Dress has silk upper bodice with side seam snaps on dress, and comes with original and very unique wide waist belt

Condition: Good, under dress shows discoloration to bodice, but this isn't seen. Belt shows overall wear as shown, creasing to underside. Blouse in good shape; minor wear to covered buttons
