Amazing 80’s skirt and top set by Albert Nipon. 100% silk. Black with multicolored confetti print all over. Top has snap button closure with three big black bows and puff shoulders. Bottom is a high waisted pencil skirt with hook and zipper closure on side. Both are fully lined. 

Best for a size small or 26 waist, please check measurements.
