Back showcases amazing cut out with large organza bow. Sheer organza sleeves have elastic at the wrist to pull up or leave down. Skirt is a shimmer royal blue organza with magenta petticoat lace trim peeking out. Comes fully lined with sewn in petticoat and velvet bloomers with bows! Remember our petticoats have a folded hem meant to be pulled apart to reach max fluff or kept folded for less fluff.
