Velvet and tulle holiday dress features a floral design on the skirt made of black satin ribbons.  Bodice has short sleeves and is made of black stretch velvet.  High waist has a white satin ribbon that ties in the back.  Tea length and zippers in the back.

Available in the following sizes: 2 Toddler, 3 Toddler, 4 Toddler, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12
